Our approach

Tailored, durable, designed to end

Most technology projects fail at adoption, not installation. Our whole approach is built around that fact: shape the work to your organisation, build things your team can keep, and finish properly.

1

Meet you where you are

Typically 2 to 4 weeks

We start by understanding how your people actually work: the tools they trust, the workarounds they have built, the pace of change they can absorb. Not an audit done to you; a picture built with you.

  • Sit with staff while they do the real work, not just managers in meetings
  • Map your current systems, costs, and the quiet dependencies on individuals
  • Agree what "working" means for your clinic, programme or service
  • Leave you a plain-language findings document you own either way
2

Build what lasts

Scoped per engagement

Then we make the changes: selecting, configuring and rolling out systems your team can own. We bias toward boring, well-supported technology over impressive things that need a consultant on call.

  • Choose tools for maintainability first: support, cost, and skills you already have
  • Roll out in steps your staff can absorb, with training as we go
  • Document everything in plain language, as we build, not after
  • Flag anything that would make you dependent on us, and design it out
3

Work our way out

Agreed in writing from day one

The handover is the deliverable. Every engagement is scoped with an exit: who takes over, what they need to know, and how we check it stuck. Success is the day you stop needing us, and everything keeps working.

  • Named owners inside your team for every system we touch
  • Training delivered and observed, not just documented
  • A check-in after we leave, included in the original scope
  • If you call us back, it should be for new work, not maintenance

In plain terms

What we will not do

No dependency by design

We will not build or recommend anything that quietly requires us to stick around. If a tool needs a consultant on call, it is the wrong tool for you.

No technology for its own sake

If the honest answer is "your spreadsheet is fine, fix the process instead", that is the answer you will get. Sometimes the right system is the one you already have.

No black-box handovers

You get documentation a new staff member can follow, in plain language, owned by you. Nothing lives only in our heads or our accounts.

No open-ended retainers

Ongoing support, where genuinely needed, is scoped, priced and reviewed. We do not sell peace-of-mind subscriptions to organisations spending public or donated money.
